Structural Cost Analyst

The main purpose of this position is to assist the leadership with implementing adequate accounting processes and controls to assure the achievement of both vehicles and parts’ business performance objectives with regards to Structural Costs. This individual will be responsible for: •Manage Structural Cost for each department by line item by leading a joint effort through the organization. •Monitor and analyze actual Structural Cost spending. •Reporting of actual structural cost and identification of potential savings and cost reductions. •Coordinate structural cost analysis by department, develop managerial reporting to track spending and prepare monthly accruals. •Preparation of significant manual journal entries and account reconciliations relating structural cost. A key aspect of the position is to deal with all areas and users (Budget owners and Dept heads) to harmonize department needs with Structural Cost control requirements.
