Sales Allowance Analyst

The main purpose of this position is to assist the leadership with implementing adequate accounting processes and controls to assure the achievement of both vehicles and parts’ business performance objectives with regards to Sales Allowances. This individual will be responsible for : •Manage Sales Allowance by car-line and leading a joint effort through the organization. •Monitor and analyze actual Sales Allowance costs •Reporting of actual Sales Allowance and identify any special accounting treatment required. •Coordinate actual Sales Allowance spending by car-line, develop managerial reporting to track spending and prepare monthly accruals. •Preparation of significant manual journal entries and account reconciliations relating to Sales Allowance. The key aspect of the position is to deal with all areas and users (Sales, Marketing and Finance) to harmonize Organizational needs with Sales Allowance control requirements.
